Our Safeguarding Policy
Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. As an autism charity, we are fully committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for all individuals and families we work with. All of our charity trustees and volunteers undergo enhanced DBS checks and take part in regular, robust safeguarding training to ensure they are confident in recognising and responding to any concerns.
We have two dedicated Safeguarding Leads, Marie Johnson (Marie@autismparentstogether.org) and Nicola McBean (Nicola@autismparentstogether.org), who oversee our safeguarding practices and act as key points of contact to ensure the highest standards are consistently maintained.
