Yorkshire 3 Peaks

The Yorkshire Three Peaks is one of England’s greatest mountain challenge walks, and it truly is a challenge: 40-km, 1,600m of ascent in 12 hours of walking (6 hours of which is uphill). This is a similar distance to a marathon, BUT with the added challenge of walking up three mountains. It is a demanding, strenuous walk that must be approached with preparation. A good level of fitness and stamina is required to complete this walk.

The Yorkshire Three Peaks is not a race, but a walking challenge. The challenge is completing it, not how fast we can walk it. This is a strenuous challenge walk that is designed for adults only.
